  1. Cookies, Advertising IDs, and Similar Technologies

We use cookies, mobile analytics, advertising IDs, and similar technologies to operate the website and online services and collect data, such as usage data, identifiers, and device information.

What are cookies and similar technologies?

A cookie is a small text file that a website sends to your browser and stores on your device. When your browser connects to a web server in the same domain where the cookie was placed, it can be read later. A string of numbers and letters that can be used to uniquely identify your device can also be included in the text of a cookie. This makes it possible for the web server to recognize your browser as it connects to that server over time.

Web beacons are digital images that can be found in an email or website. They are also known as clear GIFs or single-pixel GIFs. When you open an email or webpage with a web beacon, your browser automatically connects to the image’s host server, which is typically managed by a third party. Because of this, that web server is able to keep track of information about your device and create and read its own cookies. Similar to embedded videos, plug-ins, and advertisements, third-party content on our websites causes your browser to connect to the content’s host web server. We also use web beacons in our newsletters and email messages to know if you open them and act on them.

Operating systems for mobile devices (iOS and Android) generate mobile analytics and advertising IDs, which apps can access and use in much the same way that websites access and use cookies. Our applications contain programming that empowers us and our outsider investigation and publicizing accomplices to get to these portable IDs.

How do we and our partners make use of technologies like cookies?

When you use our services, these technologies are used by us and our analytics and advertising partners to collect personal information (such as the pages you visit, the links you click on, similar usage information, identifiers, and device information, and when you leave our website without completing your intake questionnaire and purchase) as well as personal information about your online activities over time and across various websites or online services. This data is used to store your preferences and settings, make it possible for you to sign in, look at how our websites and apps work, track how you interact with them, make inferences, provide interest-based advertising that is tailored to your interests, fight fraud, and serve other legitimate purposes. For these purposes, we and/or our partners also share the data we collect or infer with third parties. Please refer to the “Disclosure of Personal Information” section of this Privacy Policy for additional information regarding the analytics and advertising partners that collect personal information on our services.

3. Information We Gather from Content Platforms Like Social Media

We may collect your name, email address, and any relevant comments or content you post when you “like” or follow us on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, or other social media platforms. If you sign up for one of our promotions or provide us with information via social media, we also get your information.

Depending on your settings on those services, if you use a third-party connection or log-in to access the Services, such as a social network or third-party authentication tool, you may grant us permission to access and store some information from those third parties. Don’t use these connections to access the Services if you don’t want this data shared. Please refer to their privacy policies and terms of use for a description of how these third parties handle your information, which may enable you to modify your privacy settings.

  1. Information We Gather From Other Sources

Advertising networks, analytics providers, marketing partners, and search information providers are all examples of third parties with whom we collaborate closely. Sometimes, these third parties will give us additional information about you.

How We Use Your Information

We may use your information for the following business purposes in connection with providing you with the Services:

Manage, carry out, and enhance the Services. We accomplish this by conducting internal research to improve our services, comprehend our user base, and ascertain their effectiveness.

Send you communications to meet your needs about the Services, how you use the Services, or questions you have about the Services.

Our surveys, promotions, special events, and our products and services, as well as those of our subsidiaries, affiliates, parent companies, and any of their related businesses and those of our third-party partners, will be communicated to you via email, postal mail, or telephone in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

Provide you with technical assistance and customer service, as well as troubleshoot any errors or technical problems.

Allow you to participate in interactive features of our Services (when you choose to do so), and as part of our efforts to keep our Services safe and secure, ensure that content from our Services is presented in the most effective manner for you and your computer or device.

Deliver and personalize relevant advertisements and content to you, measure or comprehend the effectiveness of the advertisements and content we serve to you and others, and provide you with more relevant advertisements and personalized content.

Engaging in analysis and research regarding how you use the Services, for example, can help us better understand your interests and requirements.

When it is necessary for our legitimate interests or the legitimate interests of others, comply in good faith with any procedures, laws, and regulations that apply to us.

When it is necessary for our own or other people’s legitimate interests, such as safeguarding against malicious, fraudulent, or illegal activity, we should exercise, defend, or establish our legal rights.

Information in one place

We may use and share the combined information in accordance with this Privacy Policy for the purposes outlined in this Policy by combining the information we collect through the Services with information we receive from other online and offline sources.

De-identified and aggregate data

Any information we collect through the Services may be aggregated and/or de-identified (collectively referred to as “Aggregate/De-Identified Information”) so that it can no longer be linked to you or your device. We may share aggregate or de-identified data with advertisers, promotional partners, and sponsors, as well as use aggregate or de-identified information for any purpose, including marketing and research.

Online Marketing and Analytics

  1. Online Analytics

Cookies and other tools of a similar nature may be utilized by us on our Services by third-party web analytics services, such as Google Analytics; report, conduct research, or audit; aid in the prevention of fraud; to better tailor services and features, try to locate the same unique users across multiple browsers or devices; and provide you with particular features. Through Google Signals, Google will also be able to collect analytics and engagement data from the various devices you use to access the Services for us if you have personalized advertising enabled on your Google account. You can install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on by clicking here to prevent Google from using your information for analytics, including cross-device tracking for personalization. Please open the “Settings” app, locate and tap “Google,” select “Ads,” and enable “Opt out of Ads Personalization” to opt out of Google Signals. Cross-device tracking may also be disabled through your Android or Apple device-based settings.

If you get an email from us, we might use analytics tools to track things like whether you open the email or click on any links or banners in it. We are able to evaluate the success of our marketing and communications campaigns using this data.

  1. Online Marketing

Ad networks and ad servers like Facebook, Google Ad Words, TikTok, Criteo, and others may be integrated into the Services. These technologies use cookies, pixels, and other technologies to deliver relevant content and advertising for Saveco Meds products on the Services, as well as on other websites you visit and applications you use. The content of the page you are viewing, the data you enter, such as your searches, your demographics, and other information we collect from you may all influence the ads. These ads could be based on what you’re doing right now or over time on other websites and online services.

We give service providers some of our customer data, like email addresses, from time to time. These service providers may “match” this de-identified data with cookies (or mobile ad identifiers) and other proprietary IDs to show you ads that are more relevant to your interests when you visit other websites and mobile applications. Third-party advertising networks may use customer information like your email address to better target advertisements to you regarding Saveco Meds products and services and other products and services as you browse the internet.

Non-affiliated third-party advertising network services may place cookies or other tracking technologies on your device used to access the Services, but neither we nor this Privacy Policy is responsible for their use. You can opt out of receiving tailored advertising from companies that participate in those programs by visiting the Network Advertising Initiative’s Consumer Opt-Out link, the Digital Advertising Alliance’s Consumer Opt-Out link, or Your Ad Choices if you are interested in learning more about tailored browser advertising and how you can generally control the placement of cookies on your computer to deliver tailored advertising. View Criteo’s Privacy Policy to learn more about the company’s privacy policies and how to opt out of Criteo’s advertising services. Visit the Google Ads Settings page to customize Google display network ads or opt out of Google Analytics for display advertising. Click here to update your Facebook advertising preferences. Click here to update your TikTok advertising preferences. We have no control over these opt-out links, whether or not they change over time, or whether or not a particular business chooses to participate in the aforementioned industry opt-out programs. We are not accountable for any decisions you make with these mechanisms, nor are we accountable for their continued availability or accuracy.

Please be aware that if you use the aforementioned opt-out options, you will still see advertising while using the Services, but it will not be tailored to you based on how you use the internet over time.

  1. Mobile Advertising

You may also receive individualized in-app advertisements when you use mobile applications developed by us or others. For mobile application analytics and advertisement delivery, we may employ third-party service providers. In order to prevent the delivery of tailored in-application advertisements, each operating system—iOS for Apple phones, Android for Android devices, and Windows for Microsoft devices—provides its own instructions. We have no influence over how the platform operator enables you to control whether you receive personalized in-app advertisements; As a result, you should get in touch with the provider of the platform to find out more about how to opt out of customized in-app advertisements. To opt out of customized in-app advertisements, you can look at the support materials or device settings for the respective operating systems.

  1. Notice Concerning Do Not Track

In some web browsers, users can set a privacy preference called “Do Not Track” (DNT). We offer the aforementioned selection of opt-out options because we are committed to giving you meaningful choices regarding the information collected on our websites for third-party purposes. We do not, however, currently recognize or respond to DNT signals initiated by the browser. You can find out more about Do Not Track here.

Any information you post publicly in these ways may be accessed by third-party search engines, as well as the users you shared it with and possibly the general public. As a result, please use these features with caution. We are not liable for how others utilize the data about you that you share with them through the Administrations.

Consent. We may also share your information if you ask us to do so or with your permission.

De-identified and aggregated data. From the data we collect through the Services, we reserve the right to generate aggregate or de-identified data, which we may share at our discretion.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any password you have chosen or received from us for accessing the Services. We ask that you keep your password confidential. Any user of the Services has the ability to view the information you share in public areas.
